As a policy, we do not accept returns on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed, unless there is a significant defect with the product.

If you need to return a defective item, please follow these steps:

  2. Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect.

  3. Notification: We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned product and whether your return has been approved.

  4. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
